The Town of Gananoque is seeking to develop approximately .57 hectares (1.42 acres) of land with a spectacular view of the St. Lawrence River waterfront into a mixed use midrise residential/commercial condominium project in our Lowertown area.

This new Lowertown Development will provide upscale condominium residences facing the beautiful St. Lawrence River and the 1000 Islands. Nestled in the heart of this waterfront location, residents will be able to walk to beautiful parkland, a sand beach and Municipal Marina. In addition to this development, the Town is also committed to the development of a new Municipal waterfront park/green space that will further enhance the Lowertown area.
